1. What is a Star Map?

A star map is a snapshot of the night sky at a specific date, time, and location. Using real astronomical data, we calculate the exact position of stars, constellations, and celestial details, creating a one-of-a-kind print that reflects your chosen moment.

2. How accurate are your star maps?

Extremely accurate. Our maps are created using data from ESA’s Hipparcos & Tycho-2 catalogues, Yale University, and other astronomical databases. They’re scientifically precise, but designed as keepsake artwork (not for navigation).

3. What can I personalise?

You can personalise:

• Date and time (e.g. wedding, birth, anniversary, memorial).

• Location (city, town, or GPS coordinates).

• Names, quotes, or special messages.

• Design options (size, colour, and style where available).

4. Can I return or cancel my order?

Because each print is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once your order is in production.
However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error, we will replace or refund it.

5. How do I make sure my personalisation details are correct?

Please double-check spellings, dates, times, and locations before placing your order. We create your artwork exactly as provided and cannot be responsible for errors made at checkout.

6. What sizes are available?

Most of our prints are available in A4 (21 x 29.7cm) and A3 (29.7 x 42cm). Some designs may offer additional sizes — see individual product listings for details.

7. What paper do you use?

We use premium archival 300gsm card with high-quality inks to ensure your print remains vibrant and long-lasting.

8. Do you sell frames?

Currently, our prints are supplied unframed unless otherwise stated. This allows you to choose a frame that best suits your home décor.

9. How long does delivery take?

• UK orders: Usually arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• International orders: Not yet available — but we’re working on it and will be shipping worldwide very soon!

10. Do you ship internationally?

At present, we only ship within the UK 🇬🇧.
However, we’re excited to announce that international shipping will be available very soon.

11. Can I order for a gift?

Absolutely! Our star maps make wonderful gifts for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and memorials. You can even ship directly to the recipient — just enter their address at checkout.
