Welcome to Starry Moments. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which we supply personalised constellation star map prints and related artwork (“Products”) to you. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

• Starry Moments (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a UK-based business specialising in personalised constellation star map prints.

2. Personalised Goods

• All of our Products are custom-made and personalised using the details you provide (names, dates, times, locations, etc.).

• Please check all personalisation information carefully before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors provided by you.

• Once production has started, changes to orders may not be possible.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are accepted subject to availability.

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

• Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown on our website.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within the UK and internationally.

• Delivery times are estimates only; we cannot guarantee specific dates.

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days. However, this does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.

• Therefore, once your order has been placed and design/production has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will offer a replacement or refund.

• Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

6. Product Accuracy

• Our star maps are created using astronomical data (ESA Hipparcos & Tycho-2 catalogues, Yale University data, and astronomical databases).

• While calculated with great accuracy, star maps are intended as decorative artwork and should not be used for navigation or scientific purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

• All artwork, text, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Starry Moments.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or Products.

• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited by UK law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data will only be used to process and deliver your order.

• We will never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
