Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Starry Moments, we take great care to ensure your personalised constellation star map reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Times

  • All of our products are made to order.

  • We aim to design, print, and prepare your artwork for dispatch within 1 working day whenever possible.

  • Please allow up to 2–3 working days during busy periods.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Delivery

  • We currently ship within the UK only.

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class.

  • Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, but every effort is made to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Costs

  • UK shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

4. International Delivery

  • At present, we do not ship internationally.

  • Good news: International shipping will be launching soon. Please check back or sign up to our newsletter for updates.

5. Delays

While we always aim to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, these are outside of our control.

6. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Missing or Damaged Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within 7 working days (UK) of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
